Food Fiesta 2017 was organized by Agnel Institute of Food Crafts and Culinary Sciences Verna Goa on
18 th August 2017. On this day the institute showcases the culinary labs and skills of the students and the
Faculty to the students and staff of the entire Agnel Technical Education Complex. Food Fiesta this year
conceptualized cuisines such as Italian, Chinese, Indian and Goan, making various food items, such as
BBQ Chicken Pizza, Vegie Delight Pizza, Pasta Alfredo, Pasta Arabiadta, Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Spring
Roll, Gobi Manchurian, Chicken Schezwan , Kebab Wrap, Chicken Cafreal Wrap, Paneer Wrap.
From the Beverage section and the skilled bar tending course students a variety of mocktails namely
GSTea, Pina Minto Were prepared, garnished and served to the guests.
Bakery and Patisserie course students made a lovely display of a variety of cookies, cakes, cold desserts
etc. which were sold out from their display counter.
