Welcome to the website of AIFCCS. With the tourism Department Of India launching Destination India, so also the Govt. Of Goa Launching “Goa 365 days On A Holiday” the hospitality industry is become the second highest foreign exchange earner for the country.

AIFCCS is approved by the AICTE, NEW Delhi, and recognized by the Govt. of Goa and affiliated to the Board of Technical Education, Goa State. We offer the 3yr DHMCT full time programme so also short term certificate courses of 6 months duration in Food Production & Patisserie, Bakery and patisserie, Food & Beverage Service, House Keeping, Skilled Bar Tending etc.

Our Institute has well equipped classrooms and state of the art practical training facilities as you will notice in our gallery section. There are full time, qualified faculty with years of practical and teaching experience.

Since the hospitality industry calls for smart work, odd hours and sometimes even pleasant and unpleasant experiences, there is great emphasis on the development of right attitudes, values, discipline and personality, appropriate to prepare a student for service oriented career in the hospitality industry.

Agnel Technical Education Complex a pioneer in the field of Technical Education in Goa was setup in 1979 by Agnel Charities ( Agnel Seva Sangh). The Institute endeavors to impart quality education & technical skills to meet the ever changing manpower needs.

Agnel Institute of Food Crafts and Culinary Sciences is part of Agnel Technical Education Complex, which comprises of the following Institutions:

The hotel industry in India is increasingly becoming a vital part of our economy due to growth of domestic & international tourism. There is a need for professionally trained manpower with the right technical skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the twin-integrated segments of food & accommodation of hotel industry.

Sensing the opportunities to address this need the rapid changes occurring in the hospitality industry, Agnel Charities rightly felt the pulse & setup Agnel Institute of Food Crafts & Culinary Sciences (AIFCCS), Verna, Goa.AIFCCS is recognized by the Government of Goa, Affiliated to Board of Technical Education, Government of Goa & Approved by the all India Councilof Technical Education, New Delhi.

The Institute provides career-focussed education, training in hospitality operation & management in a stimulating environment, so as to prepare an individual for a career in the hospitality industry.

Currently the employment opportunities in the industry are extremely good and prospectus are very rewarding in India as well as abroad. On successful completion of the course a student can join various star category hotels, restaurants, cruiseliners, airlines;industrial or hospital catering, institutions and also secure teaching positions in the hospitality institutes.
