International Chef s Day was celebrated at Agnel Institute of food crafts and Culinary Sciences, Verna on 14th October 2019 by the Culinary Forum of Goa, which comprises of executive Chef s of Star Hotels.

Executive Chef s Bharucha of leela Beach Resort,Mobor, Chef Sunit Sharma VP of CFG, Chef Manjit of Holiday Inn, Chef Ranjit Pandey, President CFG and Corporate Chef of Holiday Inn,Chef Abhay Kumar of Kenilworth Beach Resort,Chef Farookh of Zuri White Sands Resort, Chef Sarita, Chef Sujata of VM Salgaocar Institute,Chef Ghanshyam of Surya Kiran Heritage and all other chef s participated in this event.

A sumptuous lunch was provided for underprivileged 260 children from Clunny Convent, Verna, Agnel Ashram, Verna  and St Joseph s Convent, Nagoa, Verna followed by Interaction with the Chef s. Some takeaway gifts were given to the Children along with Muffins& Milkshakes sponsored by Storia.

The children enjoyed star hotel dishes such as Asian sweet garlic chicken, oriental fish in light soya, mushroom spinach ravioli, hakka noodles, pizza margarita etc. Assorted potato fries where provided by McLain.

After lunch the children sang songs and gave hand made thank you cards for all the Chef s Individually, they also sang a thank you song to all the Chef s who had provided the lunch.

The programme was coordinated by Agnel Institute of Food Crafts and Culinary Sciences, Verna in association with Culinary Forum of Goa for the 7th Consecutive Year...
