Nestle Professional Mumbai and Agnel Institute of Food Crafts and Culinary Sciences, Verna Goa organised their Annual Hospitality students Culinary, Bakery and Bar Challenge known as NESTLE GASTRONOMIX 2017 on Saturday 9th December 2017 at the Institute.
A total of 10 Hospitality Institutes from Goa participated in this Annual Event
Three students challenge competitions were as follows All Goa Chef.Com (Student Chef Culinary Excellence Challenge), All Goa Bake.Com (Student Chef Bakery & Patisserie Excellence Challenge), All Goa Bar.Com (Student Mixology Excellence Challenge)
The winners of CHEF COM GOLD were Valencia Marques and Joshua Samuel (AIFCCS), SILVER Kalluzhathil Ajay Kumar Gopi and Clinton Silveira(INDUS), BRONZE Abjhijeet Pathak and Manoj Kumar Balai (IAM). The winners of BAKE COM GOLD were Ujjwal Tripathi and Marsha Moraes (VMSIHE), SILVER Clyde Brito Vaz and Tejas Tukaram Tari (IAM) BRONZE Denise Sequeira and Doyle Alphonso (IHM). The winners of BAR COM GOLD were Kayne E Dacosta (VMSIHE), SILVER Ram Gopal Pramod Daga(IAM) , Elridge Rebello(AIFCCS).
